Chicken marinade

Super quick and super simple marinade for chicken.

1 kg chicken

1 tsp salt

1 tsp turmeric power

1 tsp chilli power

2 tsp curry power

2 tsp coriander power

0.5 tsp cumin power

0.5 tsp garam masala power

4 tbs vegetable oil

4 tbs yogurt

Good squeeze of lemon juice

Mix and leave to marinade (covered) in the fridge for at least 1 hour
